Anna was the wife of Robert E. Duncan

she was the daughter of Aaron and Mae (Baughman) Rowles

Anna R. Duncan, 94, formerly of East Petersburg, passed away peacefully Saturday at Lancashire Hall, Lancaster, where she had resided for the past five years.

She was born in Lawrence Township, Clearfield County, daughter of the late Aaron and Mae (Baughman) Rowles. She was married to Robert E. Duncan for almost 50 years. He died in 1985.

She will be lovingly missed by three daughters: Peggy R. Duncan of East Petersburg, Carol A. Willman and husband, Charles "Chuck," of Lititz and Cathy T. Duncan of East Petersburg; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

A homemaker for most of her life, Anna was a member of Lancaster Brethren in Christ Church, Lancaster.

Friends will be received from 7 until the 8 p.m. funeral service Thursday, Jan. 27, 2011, at Andrew T. Scheid Funeral Home, 320 Blue Rock Road, Route 999, Millersville, PA 17551, with Chaplain Karl Faehling officiating. Kindly omit flowers.

Private interment will be at Crown Crest Cemetery, Clearfield.
