Ashley died suddenly after a car accident with an 18-wheeler truck on Interstate 75. Ashley was 18 when she passed away.
Ashley was born on February 23, 1991 in Portsmouth, NH to Tina and William Cafaro. Ashley and her family moved to Florida when she was four. She lived in North Port and graduated from North Port High School on May 30, 2009 with honors. Ashley was a member of the Key Club and was a thespian all four years of high school. Ashley loved the beach and celebrated her high school graduation honors with family and friends there. Ashley was attending Manatee Community College in North Port and worked at the North Port McDonald's.
Ashley is survived by a loving family including her mom, Tina Cafaro, father William Cafaro, who is currently serving in the US Army, and her sisters, Amy Bourne, Colleen Cafaro, and Elizabeth Bryant. Ashley's other surviving relatives include her grandparents, Cathy & Emile Marquis of North Port, FL; Erland & Shirley Lyle of North Hampton, NH; and John & June Cafaro of Seneca Falls, NY.
