Jacobus Sep 10 1946 Jacob L. Gladfelter, died at his home following an illness of three weeks. Death was caused by complications. He was 83 years old. Besides his widow, Mrs. Frances Krout Gladfelter, he leaves a son, Paul G. Gladfelter, Loganville; 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
The deceased was a member of St. Peter's Reformed church, near Seven Valleys, for over 60 years.. He was a former resident of Loganville, having moved to Jacobus two years ago.
Funeral serviceswill be held at the N. J. Funeral Home, Jacobus. The Rev. Ralph W. Yohe, pastor of St. Peter's Reformed church, near Seven Valleys, will officiate. Interment will be in the cemetery adjoining St. Peter's Reformed Church.
