Vivian Josephine Winn was the daughter of William Lafayette and Susannah Campbell Winn. She married Joseph Hyrum Fraughton on April 7 1913, in LaPoint, Utah. She had a second marriage to Elton Ashmer Miller. She died in Rains, Utah from pneumonia following the flu at age 25.

Gravesite Details
From her obitituary it seems that burial was intended to be in Vernal (burial location is blank on her death certificate). Apparantly this was not possible due to road conditions.
