Alejandro Verduzco Alvarez, 16, of Tieton died Friday.

He was born in Jalisco, Mexico. He was a student at Highland High School.

Survivors include his parents, Olga Alvarez and Abram Verduzco; two sisters, Cynthia Verduzco and Daisy Verduzco, and a brother, Everardo Verduzco, all of Tieton.

Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at Keith and Keith Ninth Avenue Chapel and 4 p.m. Thursday at St. Juan Diego Catholic Church in Cowiche. Recitation of the rosary is at 6 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be 1 p.m. Friday at the church. Interment will follow at West Hills Memorial Park.
