He was born January 16, 1924, in Pylesville, Md., a son of the late Robert F. and Sallie (Lowe) Muller.
In his early years Tom owned a farm, and was the owner of a General Store located in Norrisville, Md., for eight years. He then worked for the former Bendix Radio, Towson, Md., as a machinist for 20 years, and went on to work for Caterpillar in York for 17 years, retiring in 1985.
Tom was a U. S. Army Veteran serving during WWII. He was a member of Red Lion Lodge 649 Free and Accepted Masons. A big part of Tom's life was enjoying antiques, flea markets, and auctions with his wife. He attended both St. Paul U.M. Church, Pylesville, Md., and Mt. Olivet U.M. Church, Fawn Grove. In recent years, Tom enjoyed visits from his family and friends.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, William D. Muller and his wife, Paula; and daughters, Sally Miller and her husband, Larry, and Janie Muller, all of York. He is also survived by a granddaughter, Michelle Miller and her husband, Daniel Pucca of White Plains, N.Y.; a grandson, Tim Miller and his fiancee, Katie Goetz of York; and granddaughter, Angela Muller of York. He was preceded in death by three sisters and one brother.
Interment will be in Mt. Olivet United Methodist Cemetery, Fawn Grove, at the convenience of the family.
