Harry was Professor of Business Law at the University of Massachusetts and later was the Dean of the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Harry died on the 29th of April 1998 in Amherst, Hampshire County, Massachusetts. He is buried near his Wife, T. Jane Haught Allan, in Wildwood Cemetery.
