Sarah Helena Code was born on January 25th, 1872 to parents of Thomas Code and Rachel Code (Nee Codd) in North Elmsley, Lanark Country, Ontario, Canada who both emigrated to Canada from Ireland in the early 1850s along with several family members and relatives. Sarah Helena Code was the ninth child born into the family out of 10 siblings in the following order: Frances, Mary Elizabeth, John Edward, Rachel Jane, Rebecca, Walter, Anne Melissa, William George, Sarah Helena and Cassie Etta.
It would seem that Sarah choose to use her middle name Helena but shorten it to "Lena" and use it as her first name instead of Sarah, hence the trouble finding her in the first place on Ancestry and Find A Grave.

Her sister Rachel Jane Reynolds (Nee Code) was actually living in Winnipeg and it could've been a mixed up of the middle name during the wedding. A marriage certificate will have to be ordered from Manitoba Vital Statistics. Her other sister Mary Elizabeth Stewart (Code) also live outside of Winnipeg in Lilyfield area.
