PFC Villalobos was wounded in action in Vietnam in October 1968. He died in the Phoenix VA Hospital nine months later. Henry Villalobos was a native of Phoenix who graduated from Phoenix Union High School in 1966. Prior to joining the Army in 1967, he worked for Phoenix Linen and Supply. PFC Villalobos was an infantryman with C Company of 2nd Battalion, 7th Cavalry in the 1st Cavalry Division and was awarded the Purple Heart.
