Ruby G. Low, age 91, of 91 Main Street,
died Wednesday in a Sanford hospital
after a brief illness.
She was active in Ethelbert Nevin Club, a musical group which performed throughout New England. During the 1940's she was a gospel singer in local radio stations.
She was a member of Pleasant Street Free Baptist Church and was leader of the junior and senior choirs there for many years. She was also leader of the senior choir at Sanford First Baptist Church for many years.
She was a member of the Gleaners; Willing Workers; and, the Order of the Eastern Star.
Interment in Riverside Cemetery.
