Aba Lee Allen, 93, a native of Bratt, Fla., and a resident of Stockton, died Thursday, Jan. 27, 2011 at North Baldwin Infirmary. She was a seamstress for 33 years at Mannor Slacks before retiring. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Virginia Jaye Clemmons. Survivors include three daughters, Florence Peacock of Fairhipe, Margaret (Lou) Evans of Mobile and Brenda (Billy) Pope of Mobile; step-son, Andrew Jaye Jr. of Stockton; 10 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Visitation begins at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 29 at Norris Funeral Home with funeral services at 2:30 p.m. from the funeral home chapel with Chaplain Cindy Still officiating. Burial will follow at Richerson Cemetery. The family requests memorial donations be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 11454, Alexandria, VA 22312. Arrangements are by Norris Funeral Home, Bay Minette.
