Brakeman Killed
George I. Ferron, 23, a brakeman, was killed soon after midnight at Cheapside Junction Tuesday morning, the body was found beside the tracks, the neck being broken evidently by a fall from the train. The body was taken to his home at Conway where the funeral was held Wednesday, with the burial at Plainfield. He leaves besides his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Israel Ferron, three brothers, Albert, Leon, and Robert of Conway, and four sisters, Mrs. Lillian Gardner of Hawley, Mrs. Leona Clark and Miss Anna Ferron of Plainfield, and Mrs. Alice Lacrosse of Conway.
