Glenn E. Stephens, 76, of Hoffman Ave. in Spring Hill, Florida, died Wednesday, Jan. 26. 2011, at Heather Hills Care Center in New Port Richey, FL after a lengthy illness. He was born in Carolltown, PA on Feb. 6, 1934, son of albert and Mary (Sides) Stephens.

Glenn moved to Niles, Ohio in 1951 and was a graduate of Niles McKinley High School in 1952. He served in the Army after high school and then spent most of his life in Virginia, near Washington, D.C. working in the airline industry. He had a long career working as Sr. Account Executive for Air France and the Concord until he retired April 1, 1993 and moved to Florida.

Glenn is survived by his 2 brothers, John H. Stephens of Niles, OH and Gregory L. Stephens of Cortland, OH. He was preceded in death by three sisters, Betty Davis and June Good both of Barnsboro, PA, and Helen Brown of Penfield, PA; and by two brothers, William W. Stephens of Pulaski, PA and Robert F. Stephens of Albuquerque, NM.

A Memorial Gathering will be held for Glenn on Saturday, Feb. 5th from 2:30 - 3 p.m. with a service to commence at 3 p.m. at Brewer & Sons Funeral Homes on Commercial Way (Rt. 19) in Spring Hill,FL. In May (time and date pending) Memorial Services will be held at Robert P. McDermott's Memorial Home in Niles, OH. Interment will be at Kerr's Cemetery beside his mother and father.
