Grace I. Pudder, 73, of RD 1, Pittsfield (Wrightsville), died at Corry Memorial Hospital, Corry, at 6:04 p.m. Saturday, May 26, 1990. She was born March 5, 1917, in Hacker Valley, W.Va.., a daughter of the late Sherman and Bertha Hawkins Cutlip. On July 4, 1934, at Hacker Valley, she married Ora E. Pudder, who died Aug. 30, 1969. She was a member of Wrightsville Community Church, a senior advisor of the Special Wrightsville Action Team, and an honorary member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Wrightsville VFD. She is survived by a son, Orie Pudder of RD 3, Sugar Grove; two daughters, Mrs. John (Thelma) Hayes of Warren and Mrs. James (Wanda) Rucks of Wrightsville; her stepmother, Zena Cutlip of Taneytown, Md.; two sisters, Katherine Johnson of Pittsfield and Mrs. Alton (Lucille) Collins of Curtin, W.Va.; a stepsister, Jean Bosley of Taneytown; nine grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Harold Pudder, and a grandson, both on Nov. 6, 1971; two sisters, Martha Davidson, on June 26, 1980, and Viola Gillespie on Sept. 26, 1978.
