Mr James Coleman Perkins, age 80, of McKinney, Texas passed away February 22, 2007 at his home. He was born March 26, 1926 in Rowlett, Texas to Grady Headrick Perkins and Willie Mae Teague. He married Helen Katherine Fuller on March 31, 1950 in Durant, Oklahoma. Helen passed away on August 11, 1991. He later married Mary McIntire on April 24, 1992. She preceded him in death on September 15, 2004. Mr Perkins worked for American Mayflower for many years and was a member of the Church of Christ. He is survived by his children, Kathie White and husband, Larry of Bonham, Texas, Ruth Murphy and husband, Bobby of Ardmore, Oklahoama, Clint Perkins of McKinney, Texas, Laura Miller and husband Glenn of Cumby, Texas; step-children, Lee McIntyre and wife, Linda of Princeton, Texas, Judy Dunn of McKinney, Texas, Eddie McIntyre and iwfe Kathy of McKinney, Texas and J. W. McIntyre and wife Denise of McKinney, Texas; several grandchildren, great grandchilren and a host of other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers. Graveside services will be held at 10:30 am, Saturday, February 24, 2007 at Ridgeview Memorial Park with Rev Virgil Farr officiating. The family will receive friends beginning at 7:00pm, Friday, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home
