David Dunlap, aged 85 years, who came to Mansfield from his home in Utica a week ago to visit his daughter, Mrs. M. A. Lacey, of 25 Granite street, died Tuesday evening at 6:30 o'clock as the result of a stroke of paralysis which he sustained Sunday. The deceased was born near Dresden, Coshocton county, Sept. 17, 1823. He is survived by eight children-- four daughters, Mrs. Lacey of his city; Mrs. William E. Dibble of Leipsie; Mrs. John Lacey of Lancaster and Mrs. George Smoots of Utica, and four sons, O. T. and O. H. of Kalona, Iowa; O. S. of Shelby; and J. W. of Utica.
