James Martin "Billy Bob" Bell, 27, died Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2011. Services: Funeral, 2 p.m. Saturday in Crumpler Funeral Home chapel in Raeford. Burial in Springhill Cemetery in Wagram. Visitation, 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home and at other times at the home. Survived by: Father, Pete.

James Martin "Billy Bob" Bell, died Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2011, in Cape Fear Valley Medical Center at the age of 27. Mr. Bell was born in Cumberland County on Nov. 17, 1983. He was preceded in death by his mother, Harriet Clark Bell. He was employed with Cape Fear Valley EMS as a paramedic. Survivors include his father, Pete Bell of Fayetteville; a special friend, Ashley Frazee of Stedman; three uncles, Henry Clark of Raeford, Joe Clark of Hope Mills, and Dan Clark of St. Pauls; and two aunts, Emma Hewitt of Santee, S.C., and Lucy Ridgeway of Shallotte. The family will receive relatives and friends between the hours of 7 and 9 tonight, Friday, Feb. 4, 2011, at Crumpler Funeral Home, 131 Harris Ave. in Raeford, and at other times at the home, 5107 Sequoia Road in Fayetteville. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 5, 2011, at Crumpler Funeral Home chapel. Burial will be in Springhill Cemetery in Wagram.
