Clemie C. Myers

Groves - Clemie Carriere Myers, 81, of Groves died Friday at Southwest Memorial Hospital in Houston.

A native of St. Landry Parish, La., she was a longtime Groves area resident. She was a cafeteria worker for Immaculate Conception Catholic School before it closed. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and Altar Society.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with the
Rev. Don Golasinski officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Levingston Funeral Home in Groves. a wake was held at 7:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Survivors include her husband, Wilton J. Myers; two sons, Glynn Myers and Larry Myers, both of Houston; a sister, Elouise Moory of Tyler; two brothers, Joseph N. Carriere of Groves and Gerald Carriere of Tyler; two grandsons; and two granddaughters.
