Surviving are his father; grandparents, Lowell "Swede" & Joy Farris & Tony & Wanda Whitehead of Flora; great-grandparents, Albert & Loretta Farris of Louisville.

Funeral services were held at the Louisville United Methodist Church with burial in Orchard Hill Cemetery.
