Lyndelle Rose Harber, age 73, of Bryan, Texas, passed away December 30, 2010 at her home with her children and granddaughter at her side.
She was born November 24, 1937 in Lee County Virginia to Robert Herman Hall and Joy Ethel Johnston-Hall. She was delivered by her grandmother, Minnie Gertrude Tyler-Hounshell, who was a mid-wife. She worked for 23 years at Texas A&M University in the fiscal department. She enjoyed helping students over her career and retired March 31,2000. She was a loving Mother and Grandmother.
She was preceeded in death by her parents.
She is survived by one son, Ricky Joe Harber of Bryan; one daughter, Konnie LeRae Harber of College Station; one granddaughter, Taylor R. X. Harber of College Station; two brothers, John M. Hall and wife, Elaine of Lubbock, Texas and H. Aubrey Hall and wife, Betty of Mentor, OH; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral service were conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, January 3 at Hillcrest Baptist Church in Bryan. Internment followed in the College Station City Cemetery in College Station.
