HICKMAN, THELMA CARROLL - age 88 of LaFollette Courts Assisted Living, passed away Monday, December 25, 2006 at St. Mary's Medical Center. She was a member of Jacksboro United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Hickman; parents, Sam and Nettie Jessie Carroll; sister, Geneva Niekirk; brother, Jordan Carter Carroll; stepson, Orville Hickman. She is survived by: two sisters, Jessie and Ruth; a brother, Hubert and his wife, two step-daughters ; several nieces, nephews and a host of relatives & friends. Funeral services 1 p.m. Wednesday at Cross Chapel with Rev. Lyle White officiating. Interment following service Campbell Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Jacksboro United Methodist Church, Jacksboro, Tennessee. Family will receive friends 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Wednesday, prior to funeral services at Cross Funeral Home, LaFollette.
