Mrs. Gertrude Dauth, (nee Minnich), widow of Charles V. Dauth, died at 6:15 p.m. Monday, at her home, 1209 Elm street, of chronic bronchitis, aged 69 years. Deceased was a native of Bavaria, Germany, and came to this country when she was 18 years of age. For nine years she resided in New York city, then moving to Reading, where she has been a resident 41 years. Her husband died several years ago. Deceased was an active member of St. Paul's Roman Catholic Church. She is survived by one son, Charles, of Reading, three daughters, Mrs. John Gussman, Mrs. William Billinger, of this city, and Mrs. William Matz, of Swathmore, Pa; one sister, Mrs. Adam Becker, of this city, and 12 grandchildren.
