Hattie Lee Owens, 90, died Tuesday, January 12, 1999 at the Magnolia Regional Medical Center in Corinth. She was born April 16, 1908 to Joseph and Emma Kelton Owens. She was an active member of the Church of God. She enjoyed singing, playing the guitar, gardening and doing church work.
Services were Wednesday, at Salts Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Alan Johnson officiating. Burial was in the Liberty Cemetery.
Survivors include one brother, Frank Owens and his wife, Nora, of Booneville; a special friend, Birtie Duckworth of Booneville; several nieces and nephews.
