Helen Marie Roberts, 74 of McComb died March 29, 2014 at her residence.
Visitation will be Tuesday evening at Jones Funeral Home from 5 until 8 PM and continues Wednesday from 9 until services at 11 AM in the Jones Chapel. Burial will follow at the Roberts-Terrell Cemetery in Gloster. Rev. Rick Kennedy will officiate.
Mrs. Roberts was born on December 4, 1939 to the late William H. Morgan and Rita Jewel Blalock Morgan.
She was a longtime paper carrier for the Enterprise Journal in McComb. She loved crocheting for her family and she also collected bells. She loved doing things for her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a member of Lifepoint Church of the Nazerene in McComb.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Claude B. Roberts Sr. and one brother William H. Morgan.
Survivors include his sons Joe Childers and Amanda of Summit, Randy Roberts and Debbie of Summit, Claude Roberts Jr. and Lee of Summit, Jamie Roberts of McComb; daughters Sandy Willoughby and Fred of Brookhaven, Francis Kleinpeter of Orange, TX; a dear friend and companion Lee Roy Stinson of McComb; 18 grandchildren Tonya Jackson, Brandon Travis, Heather Mire, Chase Childers, Kerri Byrd, Christina Miller,Kaiti Roberts, Lukas Roberts, Emily Ragas, Kim Lea, Joey Roberts, Cassie Roberts, Anthony Murphy, Nickie White, Bill Roberts, JP Roberts, Jerrard Lee Pickard and Laci Gay; 22 great grandchildren and numerous nieces nephews and other relatives.
