Lola (Armstrong) Stillwell was the daughter of Fannie E. (Viehman) Armstrong-Buchanan and George "Tom Thumb" W. Armstrong. After her father's death, her mother married Joseph William Buchanan, and he became her Step-father in more than name. She married James C. Stillwell. She was a hard working farmer's wife. To that union was born four children. She was also a very loving Grandmother, greatly missed. Lola was 80 years, 3 months, 10 days of age at her death. She was a good Christian lady and a member of the Adams Corner United Brethren Church.
