Jacob William Daerr, 56, died Monday afternoon at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Russell O. Hunt, 1405 Beech street, McKeesport, death being caused by a heart ailment. Husband of the late Mary E. Hamilton-Daerr, Mr. Daerr was born December 26, 1877 [sic 1871], son of the late John and Susan Hauser-Daerr. He had lived in McKeesport fifteen years. Surviving are the daughter with whom he lived, one brother, Peter Daerr of this city, and two sisters, Mrs. P.J. McCann of this place and Mrs. C.P. Clingerman, Pittsburgh.
