SULPHUR -- Funeral services for Jord Hamm, 83, will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 14, in First Baptist Church of Maplewood.The Rev. Bobby Taylor will officiate. Graveside services will be at 1p.m. Monday in Alexandria Memorial Garden Cemetery under the direction of Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home.Visitation is from 9 a.m. Monday in the church.
Mr. Hamm died Friday, Dec. 11, 1998, in League City, Texas.
A native of Farmerville, he was a resident of Sulphur for 51 years. He worked for Citgo 37 years before retiring. He was a member of The First Baptist Church of Maplewood.
Survivors include one brother, Merrill K. Hamm of League City; one nephew; two great-nephews; and two great-nieces.
