Brenda was intelligent, pretty, and sweet and had the voice of an angel and Johnie Lee could play the guitar really well and like his uncle Howard, he loved to play silly songs among the many country gospels songs that he had mastered. Travis, Brenda's husband would sing base. Travis sounded like Harold from the Statler Brothers. I really enjoyed listening to them. I wish Mr. Marlar could have lived to see his grandchildren, Lisa, Jennifer, Jerry and Adam grown. He would have been so proud and would have loved them dearly.
