He was a native of Cairo IL.
Dennis was preceded in death by his parents Ray and Evelyn Kelly Forrester. Also by two brothers Terry Ray Forrester and David Forrester and by one sister Shirley lawson.
He was a member of the Paducah Full gospel church and the V.F.W. in Paducah.
