Florence was the fifth of seven children born to William Henry Eschman and Katherine Norden. On 29 Nov 1911 she married Edwin Locher; the couple was childless. Florence and Edwin were the former owners of the old Portland Electric Company. Florence died at the Louisville Lutheran Home at the age of 95.
