Stella Casselman Ethridge, 91, died Tuesday, February 8, 2011, at Georgetown Healthcare. She was a loving Mother, Grandmother, friend, and caretaker that has gone to be with her Lord.

Mrs. Ethridge was born in Andrews on September 5, 1919, a daughter of the late John Louis Casselman and Carrie Ora Belle Perry Casselman. She worked for Oneita Industries for many years and was an avid gardner with a great love for flowers. Mrs. Ethridge was a Charter Member of Victory Free Will Baptist Church.

Mrs. Ethridge was predeceased by: her husband, William Woodrow Ethridge; a daughter, Debra Jane Ethridge; a great-grandson, Daniel Jacobs; three brothers, Oden Casselman, Cecil Casselman and Uly Casselman and two sisters, Evelyn Fulton and Claudia Mixon.

Surviving are: a son, Billy Ethridge (Harriett) of Andrews; three daughters, Carolyn E. Ethridge (Jim) and Judy E. Feagin, both of Georgetown, and Kay E. Wheeler (Bruce) of Andrews; a sister, Rose Lee Fulton of Andrews; ten grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Thursday afternoon, February 10, 2011, at two o'clock at the Family Worship Center. Officiating will be the Rev. Becky Tilton and the Rev. Murray W. Powell. Burial will follow in Piney Forest Cemetery.
