Mr. Corgey died Tuesday at St. Joseph Rehabilitation Center. He was a lifelong resident of Edge and a retired pipe fitter. He was a member of the Pipe Fitters Union and Benchley Church of Christ.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Marie Corgey. Survivors include a son, Jerry Corgey of Edge; four daughters and two sons-in-law, Janice and Ron Lowe of Bryan, Jo Genzer of San Antonio, Anna Belle and Tim Knezek of Wheelock and Jean Cook of Edge; a brother, W.G. Corgey of Edge; 15 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
