Wright Patman "Pat" Williams. 54, an Idabel municipal employee, died Wednesday at McCurtain Memorial Hospital after suffering an apparent heart attack.
Williams was born Oct.1, 1932, in Spring Hill, Texas, and lived most of his life in McCurtain County. He was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church.
He had worked the past 14 years with the Idabel Street Department.
He and his wife, Wanda, were married November 21, 1954, in Idabel.
Surviving are his wife, Wanda, of the home; one son, Michael Williams, Haworth; two Daughters; Brenda Robinson and Shari Jo Williams, both of Haworth; his mother Mammie Williams, Idabel; three sisters; Louise Walker, Idabel, Bernice Harrison, Harris and Billie Mulkey, Broken Bow and three grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Nation Funeral Chapel in Idabel, with Pastor Ertis Johnson and the Rev. Ebb Qualls officiating. Burial will be in the Pollard Cemetery.
