The 1900 Federal Census for Canadian, Oklahoma (Cleveland County) shows William Upchurch, age 25, born December 1874 in Arkansas; and his wife, Nancy, age 20, born March 1880 in Kansas. Living with them were two children: John Upchurch, age 5, born August 1894; and Frances E. Upchurch, age 2, born December 1897; both born in Oklahoma.

The 1910 Federal Census for Canadian, Oklahoma (Cleveland County) shows William Upchurch, a farmer, age 35, born in Arkansas; and his wife, Nancy E., age 33, born in Kansas. Living with them were three children: John L. Upchurch, age 15; Frances E. Upchurch, age 12; and Martha L. Upchurch, age 5; all born in Oklahoma. William's father and mother had a home on one side of William's home, and on the other side, William's brother, Thomas Rutherford Upchurch, and his family had a home.

The World War I Draft Registration Cards shows that William Andrew Upchurch registered for the draft on September 12, 1918 in Cleveland County, Oklahoma. He gave his full name; his age as 43; his birthdate as December 1, 1874; his occupation as farmer; and his nearest relative as his wife, Nancy E. Upchurch.

The 1920 Federal Census for Noble, Oklahoma (Cleveland County) shows William Upchurch, a farmer, age 45, born in Arkansas; and his wife, Nancy, age 41, born in Kansas. William's brother, Thomas Rutherford Upchurch, and his family were living next door.

The 1930 Federal Census for Canadian, Oklahoma (Cleveland County) shows William Upchurch, a farmer, age 55, born in Arkansas; and his wife, Nancy, age 53, born in Kansas. They were living in the household of their son, John L. Upchurch, a farmer, age 35, born in Oklahoma; and his wife, Theo, age 30, born in Oklahoma; and their two children William W. Upchurch, age 8; and Edna Upchurch, age 6; both born in Oklahoma.

Nancy died October 30, 1935 in Oklahoma and was buried in the Maguire-Fairview Cemetery in Maguire, Oklahoma (Cleveland County).

William died December 6, 1959 in Norman, Oklahoma (Cleveland County) and was buried in the Maguire-Fairview Cemetery beside his wife.
