Mrs Beeson was the daughter of Mary & George Barcroft. She was married to Henry Beeson 7 Apr 1889. To this union 6 children were born, w/1 dying in infancy. The other 5 were at her beside when the end came. Those left to mourn her passing are: her husband & children: Mrs AJ Nafus, Mrs Melvin Welty, Mrs Loren Reno, Roy K & HJ Beeson; 20 grandchildren, 1 grgrandchild; 6 half-siblings; plus many more relatives & friends.
She was a faithful wife & mother. Being in poor health for several years, she was a constant sufferer, but through it all her uppermost thoughts were her home & family. She professed faith in Christ when 18 & joined the Methodist church at Mt Carmel, later bringing her membership to the Oak Ridge church.
Rev Francis Goodnight conducted an impressive funeral service. Pall-bearers were: Evertt Beeson, Hoover Hicks, Ray Passley, Clarence Beeson, Roten Bush & Loren Reno. Flower girls were: Nadine Allison, Mabel Henbest, Thelma Craig, Nadine, Erma & Leoma Beeson
