Funeral services for Mrs. Milton (Ruby) Holland, 46, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Hillier Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bailey Stone of the First Baptist Church of Bryan and the Rev. Clifton Barnett of the Wheelock Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be in the New Church Cemetery under the direction of Hillier Funeral Home.

Mrs. Holland died Wednesday morning in a local hospital. She was born Feb. 4, 1930 in Brazos County and had been a life-long resident of Brazos County. She was a member of Wheelock Baptist Church and had been a registered nurse.

Survivors include her husband Milton Holland of Wheelock; one son, Patrick Holland of Wheelock; one daughter, Miss Cebrina Holland of Wheelock; four brothers, John Closs of Bryan, Mitt Closs of Edge, Dalton CLoss of Freeport, and J.M. Closs, Jr. of Houston; three sisters, Mrs. John M. Berger of Edge, Mrs. Joel English of Bryan, and Mrs. Tammy Berdine of Freeport; and father, Mr. J.M. "Bud" Closs of Bryan.

Pallbearers will be Eddie Payne, J.R. Reed, Algie Leighman, Edell Parker, Bob Robert, and Bill Parker.
