Mrs. Holland died Wednesday morning in a local hospital. She was born Feb. 4, 1930 in Brazos County and had been a life-long resident of Brazos County. She was a member of Wheelock Baptist Church and had been a registered nurse.
Survivors include her husband Milton Holland of Wheelock; one son, Patrick Holland of Wheelock; one daughter, Miss Cebrina Holland of Wheelock; four brothers, John Closs of Bryan, Mitt Closs of Edge, Dalton CLoss of Freeport, and J.M. Closs, Jr. of Houston; three sisters, Mrs. John M. Berger of Edge, Mrs. Joel English of Bryan, and Mrs. Tammy Berdine of Freeport; and father, Mr. J.M. "Bud" Closs of Bryan.
Pallbearers will be Eddie Payne, J.R. Reed, Algie Leighman, Edell Parker, Bob Robert, and Bill Parker.
