He was born January 5, 1911 in St. Rose TWP to Herman and Elizabeth (Korte) Thole; they preceded him in death.
Also preceded in death by a sister Cecilia Thole and a brother, Otto Thole.
Surviving is a sister-in-law, Genevieve Thole of St. Rose, and 2 nieces, Geri (Dennis) Frohn of St. Rose and Julle (Jim) Cagle of Highland; 4 Great Nieces and Great Nephews, Lauren, Sarah, and J. Cameron Cagle and Devon Frohn.
Leo was a farmer. He was a member of St. Rose Catholic Church and Men's Sodality.
Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, March 28, 2008 at 3:00 PM at St. Rose Catholic Church with Fr. Edward Schaefer officiating. Interment will follow in St. Rose Cemetery.
