Michael (Pops) Edward Solo was born April 25, 1949, in McKeesport, Pennsylvania. He passed away February 7, 2011 at Yuma Regional Medical Center.
Mike was a 1967 graduate of Kofa High School in Yuma. He attended Arizona Western College. He spent some time in Chino, California (late sixties). He joined the Coast Guard. He was a brick-layer by trade.
He was preceded in death by his father George Solo, mother Mary J. Solo, and brother George Donald Solo, as well as George's two children, Mike's nephew Joseph and niece Stephanie. He leaves son Christopher Michael (of Yuma), and daughter Stacie Elizabeth (of Chino Valley).
Service was held at Sunset Vista Funeral Home in Yuma.
