Ambrose Wirtz, 59, of 811-A W 10th St., Oshkosh died this morning at Mercy Hospital, Oshkosh.
He was born at St. Peter on July 25, 1910. He operated the Elbow Room in Oshkosh until the time of his illness.
Surviving are his widow, Dorothy; three brothers, Ray, Ervin and Eugene Wirtz, all of Fond du Lac, four sisters, Mrs. Victor Kramer, Mrs. William Steffen and Miss Esther Wirtz, all of Fond du Lac, and Mrs. Roman Griet of Oshkosh.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Marquardt Funeral Home, 1025 Oregon St., Oshkosh. Burial will be in Oshkosh. Friends may call from 4 5o 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
