Floyd L. Towner, 70, died at 6 a.m. Friday at his home.
Mr. Towner was born March 12, 1904,at Sibley, a son of Augustus and Margaret. Hipsher Towner.
Surviving are four sons, Floyd, Donald, and James, all of Colfax; and Ronald, Anchor; a daughter Mrs. Noritta Johnson, LeRoy; a brother, Harlan, Strawn; three sisters, Mrs.
Delores Schuck, Danville; Mrs. Blanche Trinmer, Forrest; and Mrs. Iola Russell, Champaign; 16 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
