"James Royal Partlow, 28, the son of James and Elta Partlow was born July 13, 1940 in Barnegt, N.J. and died July 13, in St. Louis at the Veterans Hospital.
He was married February 1, 1959, to Faye Lemieux and to this union two children were born; one daughter and one son. He is also survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Partlow; one brother and a sister.
He and his family made their home in the Raymondville community for the past two years. He was a member of the Christian Church in Houston.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, July 16 at the First Christian Church in Houston. Don Brower, pastor, officiated. Burial was in the Pinelawn Cemetery under the direction of Evans-Elliott."
