The Answer: I am eternally grateful to Emily Lacey who sent me an email on 24 Sept 2013, just 5 days before my birthday, and what a great present it is for here is the Answer, in her own words:
"I went looking for Thomas and Victoria Chamberlain today {Sept 24th, 2013]. I believe if you search for Thomas or Victoria Adair you will find these children. Their parents are listed as Wm. W and Mary J as per your request however it appears that Mary's maiden name was Chamberlain, being a brother [sic, sister] to Thomas Chamberlain and that her married name and therefore her children's name was Adair. There is a lovely picture of the monument posted. It might be of interest to you that the panels read as follows:
North: Eloise, Daughter of Wm W & Mary J ADAIR Aug 28, 1901 Aug 29, 1901 Darling we miss thee.
West: Thomas and Victoria Twin Children of Wm.W & Mary J. ADAIR Dec 5, 1898 Dec 5, 1898
South: Viannie Sep. 13, 1894 Sep. 14, 1894,
Ronald S (or RonaldS?) Aug 16, 1897 Aug 16, 1897
Children of Wm W & Mary J Adair
Suffer little Children to come unto me
East : Blank
I hope this clarifies your problem and that you can find what you're looking for.
Sincerely,
Emily Lacey"

Thank you so VERY much to Emily Lacey who found Victoria and Thomas ADAIR who are, indeed, buried at Orderville Cemetery, Orderville, Kane County, Utah. Their memorials are under the care of the same person who gave "Thomas and Victoria Chamberlain" to me to create memorials for in the beginning. Thomas Adair has Find A Grave #65687675 and Victoria Adair has Find A Grave #65687613. I'm not sure what to do with this [or Victoria's] memorial page now, as there is no Thomas Chamberlain but there was, for an all too brief moment in time, a little baby boy named Thomas Adair who was loved by his parents as much as anyone could love a child. It must have been worse as they were twins and they both passed from this life within 24 hours of their births. I am as sure as I am that there is an Afterlife, that he is with his brothers, sisters and parents in that place called Heaven or Paradise or Nirvana, a place where we each go, after we pass from this world, again with those who have gone on before us; that wonderous place where there is Peace, Goodness and Light and there is No sickness, pain or Evil.
And That gives me comfort, above all else.
With All Sincerity,
