Aerts, Theresa F. 95, of Hart, died Thursday, Jan. 21, 2010. She was born April 12, 1914 in Weare Township to Joseph and Frances (Kraus) Greiner. She married Frank Aerts May 14, 1941 at St. Joseph Catholic Church-Weare. He preceded her in death in 1987. Mrs. Aerts was a faithful member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and the Altar Society. She was a very loving and caring homemaker, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend, who enjoyed her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Many will remember her homemade pies and cookies. She was always prepared for drop-in company. She will be remembered by her two sons, Allen (Joanne) Aerts and Ralph (Paula) Aerts, both of Hart; four daughters, Regina (Jack) Tate of Hart, Charlene (Jerry) Daggett, Marilyn (Bill) Polsen and Marsha (Bob) Polsen, all of Pentwater. She was grandmother to 11, including Tim Tate, Gary Tate, Shelly Gregwer, Bryan Aerts, Jason Aerts, Chad Aerts, Stephanie Oczepek, Deb McCombs, Brent Daggett, Wendy Kenney and Mark Polsen. She was also great grandmother to 17 children. Also surviving are her sisters, Bernadette Dennert, Eleanore Lydens and Virginia Dennert; sister-in-law, LaVerle Greiner; many nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Francis Greiner, Michael Greiner and Harold Greiner; three sisters, Mamie Kokx, Lillian Kokx and Cecilia Kokx. Interment will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
