ELLIOTT SERVICES
TO BE HELD MONDAY
Services will be held Monday morning at 10 o'clock from the West Funeral Chapel for Charles R. Elliott, 31, who died Thursday in an Artesia hospital, following an operation. The Rev. L.B. Trone, Methodist minister, will officiate at the final rites and burial will be in Carlsbad Cemetery with West Funeral Directors in charge.
Elliott, a former Carlsbad resident, has been farming near Artesia for the past year. He is survived by his wife and three children, Robert Louis, 3, Betty Mae, 18 months, and William Lawrence, five months.
Also surviving Elliott are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. F. Elliott of Carlsbad; four brothers, Sam Elliott of Carlsbad, Tex B. Elliott, now in the service in China, Gilbert L. Elliott, in the United States Army in Germany, and Robert E. Elliott, a United States Marine serving in the Pacific, and one sister, Mrs. Viola H. Mack of Carlsbad.
