Mrs. Frances Zipperer, 77, died last night at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Blasius Meidl, in Whitelaw. she had been seriously ill six months.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 9 a.m. from the Meidl home and at 9:30 a.m. from the St. Michael's Church, Whitelaw, the Rev. James H Schmidt officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Zipperer, nee Frances Schuh, was born in Menasha in 1860 and in 1879 was married to George Zipperer. They located on a farm in Manitowoc Rapids, which they operated for many years. Retiring from active life, Mr. and Mrs. Zipperer moved to Whitelaw. Mr. Zipperer died 8 years ago. Since she has been ill, Mrs. Zipperer resided with her daughter.
Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Meidl and Frances, both of Whitelaw, nine grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
The body was removed to the Meidl home in Whitelaw this afternoon from the Pfeffer Funeral Home.
