Ruth Virginia Williams, 77, of Romney, West Virginia, formerly of Front Royal, died Tuesday, January 17, 2006 at Hampshire Memorial Long Term Care in Romney, West Virginia.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 19, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at Maddox Funeral Home conducted by Rev. Malcolm Cadd. Burial will follow in Williams Family Cemetery in Chester Gap.
Mrs. Williams was born November 25, 1928 in Amissville, Virginia, daughter of the late Wade and Dora Riley Wines.
Surviving are her husband Linwood Williams of Romney, WV; one son Jeff Grove of Chester Gap; three daughters Barbara Rinker of Front Royal, Linda Davis of Slanesville, WV and Carolyn Cooper of Romney, WV; two sisters Kathleen Alexander of Front Royal and Thelma Sealock of Chester Gap; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter Mary Leigh Patterson; two brothers Joe Wines and Early Wines; two sisters Hazel Miller and Etta Mauck; and two grandsons Rodney Patterson and Cody Cooper.
Pallbearers will be Curtis Williams, Charlie Frazier, Bill Campbell, Steve Sealock, Steve Mahoney, and Jay Crawford.
Honorary pallbearers will be Mike Sealock, Bobby Sealock, Eddie Alexander, and Jimmy Sealock.
