MELCHING, RUSSELL W., 68, of Dunedin, died Thursday (July 18, 1996) at Morton Plant Hospital, Clearwater. He came here in 1976 from his native Wellsburg, W.Va. He worked for the Dunedin Building Department. He was an Army veteran of World War II. Survivors include a son, Russell W. Jr., Clearwater; two daughters, Ester Snouffer, Logan, Ohio, and Diane Melching, Short Creek, W.Va.; and four grandchildren.
