WELL KNOWN MAN DEAD
Amos Harvey aged 83 years is dead at his home in Curtisville of the infirmities of old age. The deceased was a watch maker by trade and had lived in the Curtisville neighborhood about three years, coming to that place from Jonesboro. He was a succesful business man and well known in Elwood and vicinity. He leaves to mourn their loss three daughters and two sons. The funeral will be held Monday morning at ten o'clock from the Curtisville Church. Rev Polly Couch to be in charge and the burial will be in the Cook Cemetery.

"Aged Citizen Of Curtisville Neighborhood Passed Away"
Amos P. Harvey 81 an aged citizen of the Curtisville neighborhood died at an early hour this morning after an illness of several weeks. Infirmities of old age were the cause of his death. He was one of the pioneers of that community and a man held in high regard by all who knew him. He is survived by a wife, three daughters and two sons.. The funeral will take place at the Curtisville Church Monday morning at 10 o'clock and Rev Polly Couch who officiated at the funeral of many members of the family will be in charge, the interment will be in the Cook Cemetery.
