James Anthony Fuerst, 25, of Brookfield Dr, died Tuesday, February 15, 2011. Jamie was born in Conway SC, the son of Tony and Robin Baker Fuerst. He was a member of Langston Baptist Church. Jamie was previously employed by Schneider Trucking. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Robert Baker.
Surviving are his mother, Robin Baker Fuerst of Conway, and his father, Tony Fuerst of Vaughnsville, Ohio; one sister, LeeAnn Fuerst of Conway; paternal grandparents, Tony Fuerst of Ohio, and Jim and Judy Swint of Rock Hill; maternal grandmother, Virgie Baker of Conway; and best friend, Chad Baker of Myrtle Beach.
Funeral services will be held 3 pm Thursday, February 17, 2011 at Langston Baptist Church with the Rev. Bruce Davenport and the Rev. Kevin Lambert officiating. Burial will follow in Fox Branch Cemetery directed by Goldfinch Funeral Home, Conway Chapel.
The family will receive friends from 2 until 3 pm prior to the service at the church.
