Headstone read Com.A 60th Reg't, NY Vol. Cav., Vet. Marker. Orginally buried in back of St. John's Methodist Church on Main Street (Boston Post Rd), may have been removed to Seacord/1st Methodist Church, when St. Johns was knocked down for urban renewal. Information on stone was taken from "Tomestone Inscription of New Rochelle Old Cemeteries", by the New Rochelle Chapter of DAR 1939-40
